Individual therapy is a one on one relationship where you will find a safe, respectful connection with a therapist. Where its possible to find your potential, to decrease the impact of negative life issues that hurt the deep sense life is a safe and hope filled journey, the feeling our relationships are secure, a feeling that life is good and safe. Having a secure sense of being, a feeling of connection, feeling valued, often reduces depression, anxiety, loneliness, it increases our ability to have prosperous lives and relationships, a sense of satisfaction.
I provide an integrated approach to assist with issues that are impacting a sense of well-being such as EMDR, solution focus, empathetic attachment based, narrative, CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), and psychodynamic. In the individual therapy relationship, we journey together to decrease the impact of a variety of issues.
